We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client\-focused Client Service Executive to manage day\-to\-day communication and coordination between clients and the agency. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth project execution, timely deliveries, and excellent client satisfaction.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, and campaign management. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple client accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining professional client relationships in a fast\-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow\-ups.
- Understand client requirements, brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and campaign expectations.
- Coordinate with creative, content, design, production, and digital marketing teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Manage project timelines, approvals, feedback, revisions, and deliverables.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and review sessions.
- Prepare meeting notes, project updates, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure all campaigns and deliverables meet client expectations and agency quality standards.
- Monitor ongoing projects and proactively address client concerns or requirements.
- Support account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services and long\-term collaborations.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, project status, and approvals.
- Assist senior account managers and management with strategic planning and client servicing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, advertising, or related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience in an advertising, branding, digital marketing, or creative agency will be an added advantage.
