SOL Brand Solutions Pvt Ltd. is a leading global exhibitions, events, and branding agency with offices in India, UAE, France, Germany, and the USA. We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Customer Care Executive to join our Mumbai team. You will connect with potential clients, support the sales team, and maintain accurate lead records.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company services.
• Handle inbound calls and address client queries professionally.
• Explain company offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain **accurate records of calls, leads, and client information in Excel or CRM tools**.
• Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead\-generation targets.
• Support the business development team in client acquisition and reporting.

Requirements

• Graduate / HSC with proven **experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales**.
• Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi** (regional languages a plus).
• **Basic Excel and computer skills** for data entry and lead tracking.
