• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to drive consumer finance business growth, manage Territory Managers, strengthen relationships with banks and NBFCs, and ensure operational excellence across assigned territories.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Drive cluster\-wise business targets, revenue, and finance penetration.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor Territory Managers.
• Build strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial partners.
• Monitor loan approvals, rejections, processing time, and customer conversions.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, lender guidelines, and applicable RBI regulations.
• Coordinate with sales and store teams to improve finance business performance.
• Conduct team training, performance reviews, and periodic operational audits.

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification is an added advantage.
• 8–15 years of experience in Consumer Finance, Banking, Retail Finance, NBFC, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing multi\-location operations and business targets is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
