SolarSquare Energy Pvt. Ltd. is one of India's leading rooftop solar companies, working to make solar energy accessible to homes and housing societies across India. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Deputy Cluster Operations Manager (Deputy COM) to manage service operations, lead field service teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of safety and operational efficiency.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct audits for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).
• Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
• Manage, guide, and mentor Service Hero teams.
• Conduct induction, onboarding, and training programs for new team members.
• Plan and distribute inventory through ERP systems.
• Coordinate with government authorities for necessary permits and approvals.
• Participate in corrective maintenance activities and conduct site inspections and testing.
• Provide technical support to senior service team members when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Continuously improve service processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and maintain zero safety violations.
• Be available for inter\-city travel as required.

• *Required Qualifications and Skills**

• Graduation, a 3\-year diploma after Class 12, or ITI qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Good knowledge of solar energy systems and operations.
• Strong Excel skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong team management, leadership, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Customer\-focused attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work in the field and travel between cities when required.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
