• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical CT Executive – Solar Operations to join our team in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will support day\-to\-day operational activities, monitor project progress, prepare performance dashboards, coordinate with cross\-functional teams, and ensure timely execution of residential and C\&I solar projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Monitor and track the complete project journey, identifying delays and operational bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with cross\-functional stakeholders, including ZOH, SOH, COM, CDM, PMs, and PCs, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare, maintain, and update daily operational reports, dashboards, and closure reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to support operational decision\-making.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for project timeline breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Calculate manpower requirements and operational capacity based on project and manpower plans.
• Ensure necessary project checks, process compliance, and timely closure of pending tasks.
• Facilitate communication between ground teams and management to ensure alignment and smooth information flow.
• Conduct process and system awareness sessions for relevant teams.
• Follow up on outstanding operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications \& Experience

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5\+ years of experience in operations, preferably in project operations or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting, data management, and operational coordination.
• Knowledge of residential and C\&I solar installation processes is desirable.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Looker Studio.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• High levels of accountability, discipline, focus, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and resolve operational issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of the Nagpur region and surrounding areas.
• Own accommodation and food arrangements in the base location.
• Having a personal two\-wheeler would be an advantage.

• *Location \& Travel Requirements**

• Job Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra.
• Daily travel within the base city is required.
• Inter\-state travel may be required based on business needs.
