B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (US Market)

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident B2B Cold Caller to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with business decision\-makers in the United States, generate interest in our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
This role is ideal for candidates with excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and prior experience speaking with U.S.\-based prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to business prospects in the United States.
- Engage decision\-makers and build rapport quickly.
- Clearly communicate our value proposition and handle objections professionally.
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call notes and CRM records.
- Meet daily and weekly activity and appointment\-setting targets.
RequirementsMust\-Have Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills with near\-native fluency.
- Clear, professional speaking voice with a neutral or American\-accented communication style.
- Previous experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Confidence speaking with executives, business owners, and decision\-makers.
- Strong objection\-handling and conversational skills.
- Reliable high\-speed internet connection and quiet work environment.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. Central Time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling or prospecting for SaaS, marketing, technology, consulting, or business services.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
- Proven track record of meeting appointment\-setting or sales targets.
