Your main task will be to make outbound calls to U.S.-based patent attorneys, law firms, and inventors, pitching our intellectual property services in a professional manner. You will record call outcomes, maintain lead sheets, follow up with leads, and schedule demonstrations or follow-up calls. Close collaboration with the sales and technical teams is essential. Candidates must have fluent English with clear pronunciation; a neutral or U.S. accent is preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or handling U.S. processes is advantageous. Crucially, you must be comfortable working during U.S. business hours, which corresponds to evening shifts in India. Strong communication skills and client engagement abilities are vital.
