We are looking for a highly self\-directed Collaboration Software Engineer with strong Microsoft 365 expertise, architectural knowledge, and experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives. The role goes beyond ticket handling and involves architecture planning, governance, automation, operational health, and project delivery.

\#\# Key Responsibilities

\#\#\# 1\. Architecture

\- Plan Microsoft 365 architecture.

\- Develop solution roadmaps.

\- Contribute to future\-state platform design.

\- Provide architectural expertise.

\#\#\# 2\. Governance

\- Perform M365 governance activities.

\- Conduct security assessments.

\- Support compliance\-related reviews.

\- Maintain operational controls.

\#\#\# 3\. Automation

\- Develop and improve operational automations.

\- Implement script and process automation.

\- Create, maintain, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs).

\#\#\# 4\. Operational Health

\- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.

\- Perform environment cleanup activities.

\- Balance operational responsibilities with project work.

\#\#\# 5\. Project Support

Actively support

\- Acquisitions and joint ventures.

\- System integrations.

\- Microsoft 365 migrations.

\- Mailbox migrations.

\- Tenant\-related transition activities.

\- Enterprise transformation projects.

Pay: Up to ₹2,250,000\.00 per year
