Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, proactive, and target\-driven interns to support **IT, Non\-IT, Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, and Engineering Recruitment**. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, client requirement fulfilment, and onboarding support.

Key Roles \& Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, CTC, notice period, and location.
• Understand client requirements and identify matching candidate profiles.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Support Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, and Contract\-to\-Hire (C2H) recruitment.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for IT, Non\-IT, and engineering positions.
• Ensure timely follow\-ups, accurate documentation, and recruitment target achievement.

Required Skills

• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Excel.
• Good coordination, negotiation, and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target\-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn technical recruitment and client requirements.

• Quality and relevance of candidate submissions.
• Interview scheduling and coordination.
• Candidate selection and onboarding support.
