\#\# Job Responsibilities

\- Review and validate order and sales contract documents, including order forms, agreements, purchase orders, and approvals, for completeness and accuracy according to processing SLAs and booking policies.

\- Ensure accurate order, sales contract, and sales account data in CRM and ERP systems.

\- Facilitate provisioning of new accounts and services and coordinate with Operations to investigate and resolve provisioning issues.

\- Provide operational support to Sales and other teams throughout the order lifecycle.

\- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT teams to resolve daily issues and improve processes.

\- Maintain data integrity by reconciling and updating discrepancies in order, sales contract, and sales account data.

\- Support period\-close activities by reviewing booking and open provisioning reports and reconciling discrepancies with Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Operations.

\- Generate, maintain, and analyse operational reports to track performance metrics, KPIs, and management reporting requirements.

\- Identify opportunities to improve the quote\-to\-cash process, service, speed, and cost.

\- Participate in testing new process releases and system enhancements and provide operational feedback.

\#\# Required Skills and Experience

\- \*\*2–4 years of relevant experience\*\* in either

\- Order and sales contract operations, including quote and sales order processing, sales contract management, and opportunity management, preferably in a software or SaaS sales organisation.

\- Finance and/or Accounts Receivable, including order processing and release for billing, contract evaluation, and account reconciliation, preferably in a software or SaaS sales organisation.

\- Prior experience with CRM/ERP tools and systems.

\- Familiarity with the end\-to\-end quote\-to\-cash cycle.

\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

\- Strong analytical, research, and problem\-solving skills.

\- Excellent attention to detail, processes, and systems.

\- Strong organisational and time\-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

\- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment with minimal direction.

\- Ability to analyse data, improve processes, and resolve issues across functional teams.

\- Customer\-focused approach with a strong commitment to accuracy and service quality.

\#\# Preferred Skills

\- Familiarity with SOX controls, internal audits, and financial document evaluation.

\- Experience with Visio or other process\-flow applications.

\- Experience with DocuSign or other document\-signing applications.

\- BA/BS degree or equivalent four\-year degree preferred.
