*Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer outstanding payments, maintain receivable records, and ensure timely collection of dues. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be comfortable coordinating with customers regarding payment follow\-ups.

*Key Responsibilities**

Follow up with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels for outstanding payments.
Ensure timely collection of receivables as per agreed payment terms.
Maintain accurate records of customer payments and outstanding balances.
Generate and review customer account statements and aging reports.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payment reconciliation and record updates.
Resolve customer queries related to invoices, payments, and account balances.
Monitor overdue accounts and escalate collection issues when required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Maintain proper documentation of collection activities and customer communications.
Support the finance team in month\-end closing and reporting activities.

*Requirements**

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collection, or Finance\-related roles.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and receivable management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet collection targets.
