A collection executive is responsible for recovering outstanding debts and overdue payments for a business while maintaining customer relationships. They act as a bridge between a company and its debtors, balancing firm financial targets with professional negotiation, compliance, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• **Debt Recovery:** Contacting clients or customers via phone, email, or field visits to remind them of overdue balances and secure payments.
• **Dispute Resolution:** Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies, account issues, or misunderstandings that may be preventing payment.
• **Record Keeping:** Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and financial ledgers to track payment progress, promises to pay, and contact history.
