Key responsibilities (text) Drive extraordinary growth and brand positioning, maximizing sales and encouraging an excellent shopping experience across all channels. Strengthening the competitive position of IKEA in a market, increasing penetration and market share. Work in partnership with all stakeholders, to ensure the continued success of the IKEA Concept and to ensure commercial direction, processes and tools are effectively implemented in most cost\-efficient way. Contribute, create and implement store strategies and actions, steering the business in an omnichannel retail environment.
Lead and inspire your team, to optimize and improve the shopping experience, to secure customers satisfaction and increased sales and profitability in your store. You achieve this using your knowledge of the IKEA product range, the local market, competition and customers. Your leadership is based on performing and delivering while learning and developing in the business. You use the IKEA tools and expertise of your team and your colleagues to support you. In your strategies and actions, you always consider and steer the business in a multichannel retail environment, particularly IKEA store, IKEA website and App. You actively work towards fulfilling the tasks of an IKEA store:
