*Job Summary**

Third Planet Foundation is looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Manager – CSR Partnerships \& Business Development** to lead fundraising, CSR partnerships, and resource mobilisation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in NGO/CSR business development, proposal writing, grant management, and corporate partnerships.

*Key Responsibilities**

Identify and develop CSR partnership and fundraising opportunities with corporates and PSUs.
Build and manage a strong business development pipeline through calls, meetings, networking, and outreach.
Research CSR trends, grants, funding opportunities, and partnership prospects.
Develop impactful proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and partnership documents.
Lead the end\-to\-end business development cycle including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiations, and closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams for project planning, delivery, and reporting.
Maintain MIS reports, databases, and records related to business development activities.
Contribute innovative ideas and strategies for sustainable growth and partnerships.

*Required Qualifications \& Skills**

MBA/MSW/Postgraduate degree in Social Development, Business, or related field.
2\-3 years of experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, business development, or resource mobilisation within the NGO/CSR sector.
Strong understanding of CSR guidelines under Schedule VII of Section 135, Companies Act 2013\.
Experience in CSR proposal writing and grant documentation is mandatory.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and passionate about social impact.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams.
