- *Job Summary**
We are seeking a **Computer Operator** with excellent computer proficiency and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, be highly organized, and capable of handling multiple computer\-related tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Handle day\-to\-day computer\-related office operations.
- Prepare professional documents using **Microsoft Word**.
- Create and maintain reports, MIS, trackers, and data using **Microsoft Excel**.
- Design professional presentations using **Microsoft PowerPoint**.
- Maintain digital records, files, and company documentation.
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage emails, official documents, and reports.
- Prepare letters, quotations, forms, and other office documents.
- Coordinate with different departments for documentation and data requirements.
- Maintain proper backups and organize digital files.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Assist in administrative and operational computer\-related work.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Computer Applications will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** (Formulas, Functions, Formatting, Data Management, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of **Microsoft Word**.
- Excellent knowledge of **Microsoft PowerPoint**.
- Strong computer operating skills.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Knowledge of Internet, Email, PDF handling, and file management.
- *Communication Skills**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English**.
- Professional email drafting skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
