- *About the Role**
We are looking for a highly competitive, analytical and intellectually curious MBA – Operations Professional who wants to build a career in industrial operations, business strategy and technical management
The selected candidate will work directly with the Managing director and will be involved in technical documentation, business operations, strategic planning, product management, process improvement and cross\- functional coordination. Every day will bring new challenges, and we are looking for someone who enjoys learning, taking ownership and delivering results.
- *Key responsibilities**
- Prepare Technical datasheet, SOPs, User manuals, installation guides and process documentation.
- Develop products presentations, technical broachers and customer – facing documents
- Learn and maintain in – depth knowledge of sheet metal machinery, automation systems, tooling and industrial equipment’s
- Organize and maintain technical documentation and product databases
- Prepare high – impact PowerPoint presentation for customers, management meetings and business review
- Prepare reports, dashboards and KPI reports
- Handle confidential assignment and support strategic decision – making
- Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements
- Standardize workflow and documentation
- Monitor operational activities and support process optimization
- Support online sales
- Coordinate with sales service and other departments to ensure smooth execution of project
- Track customer orders from enquiry to installation
- Ensure all technical and operational documents remains updated
