- *Job Title: computer operator \& Software Implementation Coordinator**
- *Location:** Erode, Tamil Nadu
We are looking for an efficient computer operator/ Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate records of material lists, packing lists, purchase details, stock records, and other operational data in our computerized systems.
The candidate will also support software implementation activities across departments and ensure proper maintenance of company records and documentation.
- Enter and maintain accurate records in company software and Excel sheets.
- Prepare and update material lists, packing lists, stock records, and project\-related documents.
- Support ERP/software implementation and data migration activities.
- Coordinate with departments such as Purchase, Store, Accounts, Design, and Production for data collection and updates.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Sort, organize, and file physical documents for easy retrieval.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, invoices, purchase orders, dispatch documents, and project files.
- Assist employees in using company software and digital systems.
- Coordinate with software vendors for troubleshooting and improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Good computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/software systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
- 1–3 years preferred.
- Freshers with strong computer knowledge may also apply.
