Job Description

Handle day\-to\-day computer operations and maintain accurate data records.
Prepare, update, and manage Excel sheets, reports, and MIS data.
Maintain proper filing of digital documents and records.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.
Ensure timely entry of production, inventory, attendance, or office\-related data.
Monitor emails, print documents, and maintain office correspondence.
Operate ERP/software systems and update required information regularly.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company data.
Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, and system\-related issues.
Ensure all reports are submitted within timelines assigned by management.
