We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team and lead residential house construction projects.

• *Position Summary:** The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing on\-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Project Planning:** Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• **Quality Control:** Ensure all construction work meets high\-quality standards and complies with building codes and regulations.
• **Budget Management:** Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report financial performance to senior management.
• **Risk Management:** Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• **Virtual Site Supervision:** Conduct regular virtually site supervision to oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards.
• **Documentation:** Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders.
