Construction Recruitment Screener

Matchworker International, a leading recruitment firm, is looking for an experienced Construction Recruitment Screener to join our growing talent acquisition team.

We are seeking professionals with strong technical knowledge of the Construction Industry who can effectively screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for various construction and engineering positions.

Key Responsibilities

· Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, Agents and professional networks.

· Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates' technical competencies.

· Review and shortlist CVs based on Client requirements and job specifications.

· Assess candidates' experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, MEP, and other technical related fields.

· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.

· Maintain an active talent pipeline for ongoing and future construction projects.

· Prepare candidate assessment reports and recommendations**.**

Requirements

Ø Experience in Construction industry with Technical Knowledge in Recruitment.

Ø Strong understanding of construction terminology, project environments, and engineering disciplines.

Ø Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Ø Ability to evaluate technical qualifications and project experience.

Ø Strong Agents / Candidates sourcing and recruitment marketing expertise.

Ø Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ø Experience working in a recruitment agency environment is preferred**.**

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in New Delhi, Delhi
