Position: **Senior Content Strategist**Location: Gurgaon – Subhash Chowk (Near Tesla Showroom)

Experience: 3–4 year

Work Mode: On\-site (5\.5 Days with alternative Saturdays off)

Work timings: 10AM to 7 PM

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a **Senior Content Strategist** who can take ownership of end\-to\-end content planning and execution aligned with brand and business goals. This role requires a balance of creativity and strategic thinking, with a strong understanding of D2C content ecosystems.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute **content strategies** aligned with overall brand positioning and company goals
• Plan and structure **content calendars** across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Ads, Website, etc.)
• Conceptualize and assign **creative ideas, scripts, and content briefs** to the creative team
• Manage and oversee **daily content tasks and assignments** for writers, creators, and editors
• Coordinate closely with **video editors and designers** for seamless execution of planned content
• Ensure **timely delivery and quality control** of all content assets
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on insights and trends
• Stay updated with **industry trends, viral formats, and D2C growth tactics**

• *Requirements**

• 3–4 years of experience in **Content Strategy / Content Marketing**, preferably in a **D2C brand**
• Strong understanding of **short\-form content, social media trends, and performance\-driven creatives**
• Proven ability to **plan, execute, and scale content strategies**
• Experience in handling **cross\-functional creative teams (writers, editors, creators)**
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a **fast\-paced, execution\-driven environment**

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with **UGC content, ad creatives, and performance marketing content**
• Basic understanding of **video editing workflows and content production processes**
• Familiarity with **AI\-based content tools and automation workflows**
