We are looking for a creative and energetic **Content Writer \& Creator** who can turn ideas into engaging content that inspires, entertains, and drives participation in our events.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Writing
- Write engaging social media captions, blogs, website content, email campaigns, and promotional copies.
- Develop compelling storytelling around BeastDrive events, participants, and brand initiatives.
- Create content that increases engagement, brand awareness, and event registrations.
- Research fitness, adventure, endurance sports, and lifestyle trends for content development.
Content Creation
- Conceptualize and create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute reels, short\-form videos, interviews, challenges, and behind\-the\-scenes content.
- Develop creative content ideas that align with current social media trends.
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to produce high\-quality content.
Video \& Reel Production
- Shoot and edit reels, shorts, and promotional videos.
- Cover BeastDrive events and create real\-time content.
- Conduct public interviews, participant interactions, and event highlight videos.
- Ensure content is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
Social Media Strategy
- Assist in developing monthly content calendars.
- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and audience behavior.
- Suggest innovative campaign ideas and content series.
- Engage with the online community and support brand\-building efforts.
Brand Building
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Create content that reflects BeastDrive’s adventurous and energetic identity.
- Collaborate with influencers, athletes, and fitness communities for content collaborations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in content writing, social media, or content creation.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in writing social media content and blogs.
- Video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience conducting public interviews and creating engaging reel content.
- Interest in fitness, adventure sports, endurance events, and outdoor activities.
