Content Creation \& Video Production\*

\- Plan, shoot, and create engaging videos, reels, and promotional content.

\- Capture preschool activities, daycare events, celebrations, and classroom moments.

\- Edit videos and create attractive graphics, posters, and promotional creatives.

\- Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

\*2\. Social Media Management\*

\- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.

\- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.

\- Regularly publish reels, posts, stories, and promotional updates.

\- Handle social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.

\- Increase followers, reach, engagement, and overall online visibility.

\*3\. Digital Marketing \& Paid Advertising\*

\- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns.

\- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram Ads).

\- Generate quality leads and inquiries for preschool admissions and daycare enrolments.

\- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and conversions.

\- Analyze marketing results and prepare performance reports.

\*4\. Brand Promotion \& Marketing\*

\- Develop creative marketing strategies to promote preschool and daycare services.

\- Work on admission campaigns, seasonal promotions, and event promotions.

\- Identify opportunities to increase local brand awareness and generate admissions.

\- Explore new digital marketing trends and strategies to improve online presence.

\#\#\# Required Skills

\- Hands\-on experience in content creation and digital marketing.

\- Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook management.

\- Video shooting and editing skills.

\- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.

\- Practical experience in Meta Ads and paid campaign management.

\- Understanding of social media growth, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies.

\- Creative thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

1–3 years of relevant experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
