We are seeking a creative and tech\-savvy **Content Creator, Video Presenter, and Digital Marketer** to join our new branch in Kollam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, presenting on video for social media and ads, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote the institute. Candidates with **Gulf experience** will be given high preference.
- *Key Responsibilities**Content Creation
- Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, website, email campaigns, and blogs
- Write captions, posts, articles, and ad copies in English and Malayalam
- Develop creative concepts for promotional campaigns (course launches, events, student testimonials)
- Design basic graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats (reels, posts, stories, shorts)
Video Presentation \& Hosting
- Present on camera for promotional videos, student testimonials, course overviews, and institute tours
- Host live sessions on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to engage with prospective students
- Record voiceovers and explainer videos for courses and services
- Appear professionally and confidently on video with clear communication in English and Malayalam
- Collaborate with videographers or shoot self\-shot videos using smartphones/basic equipment
Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries on social platforms
- Track and report key metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, cost per lead)
- Optimize content and ads based on performance data
- Assist in basic SEO for website and YouTube channel
- Build and manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Brand \& Institute Promotion
- Create content highlighting student success stories, placement updates, new courses, and branch launch
- Coordinate with the placement team to showcase placed students and recruiter feedback
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting
- Ensure all content aligns with institute brand voice and guidelines
Documentation \& Reporting
- Maintain weekly and monthly reports on content performance and ad ROI
- Track lead generation from digital channels and share with admissions team
- Store and organize raw video footage, graphics, and drafts systematically
