Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Job Summary

Cloudmellow is looking for a creative, energetic, and camera\-friendly Content Creator \| Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, appear in videos, manage social media platforms, coordinate content shoots, and help build brand awareness and venue inquiries through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

\* Create engaging reels, stories, and short\-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

\* Develop creative content ideas aligned with weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, and celebrations.

\* Appear confidently in front of the camera for venue walkthroughs, event highlights, and promotional videos.

\* Capture behind\-the\-scenes moments, client testimonials, and event experiences.

\* Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and trending audio.

Social Media Management

\* Manage and maintain all social media platforms.

\* Plan and execute monthly content calendars.

\* Schedule and publish content regularly.

\* Write captions, hashtags, and content descriptions.

\* Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries.

\* Engage with followers, vendors, event planners, and partners.

\* Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

Content Coordination

\* Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing teams.

\* Organize content shoots and ensure timely content delivery.

\* Maintain a content library of photos, videos, testimonials, and event coverage.

\* Support influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.

Community Engagement

\* Build and nurture online communities.

\* Respond to audience queries and generate engagement.

\* Support lead generation activities through social media channels.

\* Monitor competitor activities and identify content opportunities.

Requirements

\* 6 months–3 years of experience in content creation or social media management.

\* Strong communication and presentation skills.

\* Comfortable appearing in videos and representing the brand.

\* Basic video editing skills using Canva, or similar tools.

\* Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

\* Ability to work on weekends during major events when required

Pay: ₹11,338\.11 \- ₹43,201\.35 per month
