About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and organised candidate who is genuinely interested in **Reels, content creation and influencer marketing**.

The candidate will help develop Reel ideas, coordinate customised influencer campaigns, support shoots and manage content\-related follow\-ups for SwanHaus Media and our influencer promotions channel, **Connect**.

Key Responsibilities

• Research Reel trends, content formats and campaign references.
• Suggest creative Reel concepts, hooks and basic scripts.
• Research and contact suitable influencers for brand campaigns.
• Coordinate creators, shoots, video editors and content delivery.
• Assist with internal and client content shoots.
• Follow up on scripts, footage, edits, approvals and postings.
• Handle training enquiries and follow\-up calls.
• Conduct initial screening calls for creators, editors and videographers.
• Maintain campaign and content trackers.
• Share regular work updates with the manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience may apply.
• Strong interest in Reel creation, social\-media trends and influencer content.
• Candidates who have created Reels or managed content pages will receive priority.
• Ability to suggest creative ideas and convert trends into brand\-relevant content.
• Good Telugu and English communication skills; Hindi is an advantage.
• Comfortable making professional calls and managing follow\-ups.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Canva and Google Sheets.
• Good coordination, organisation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast\-moving agency environment.

Priority Will Be Given To Candidates Who

• Regularly follow Instagram and Reel trends.
• Can develop creative content ideas and hooks.
• Have created Reels for personal, college, business or client pages.
• Are comfortable appearing in content when required.
• Can share a content portfolio, Instagram profile or sample Reel.
