An AI\-powered employee efficiency and productivity tool that provides automated insights, smart screenshots, and real\-time performance analytics—helping teams work smarter, not harder. **Position Overview:\-**

Own the content publishing engine end\-to\-end: comparison pages, category education, ICP landing pages, and LinkedIn raw material for the founder. By month six, 40%\+ of qualified pipeline should be content\-attributed. **Job Location and Address:\-**

This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location:* **Plot No E 275, Industrial Area, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160071**

• *What you'll do:\-*** Write and ship the comparison cluster — Maxeltracker vs Hubstaff, Time Doctor, ActivTrak, Teramind.
• Ship category education pages — DPDP Act, monitoring legality in India, employee transparency.
• Build ICP\-specific landing pages for IT services, BPO, and modern HR\-led teams.
• Feed the founder's LinkedIn cadence — supply researched, drafted raw material four times a week.
• Own the internal link graph. Manage one part\-time writer and one freelance editor as cadence scales.

• *What we need:\-*** 3–6 years writing B2B SaaS content with a portfolio of comparison or category\-education pieces that ranked or drove pipeline.
• Shipped at least one page you can point to and say "this drove X demos" or "this ranks \#2 for Y query".
• Daily user of Ahrefs or Semrush — not something you learned for the interview.
• Sharp, point\-of\-view voice. Can disagree with a competitor's design choice in print, specifically, not snarkily.
• Managed at least one freelancer or contractor before.
