Content Manager – Instagram Growth (Pet Food Brand)

Part\-Time \| \~14 Hours/Week \| Open to Students

We're a growing pet food brand looking for an enthusiastic, creative Content Manager to own and grow our Instagram presence. If you love animals, live on Instagram, and know how to turn followers into fans, we want to hear from you.

This is a **part\-time role requiring approximately 14 hours per week**, making it a great fit for students looking to build real\-world social media experience. We actively encourage students to apply.

This is also a performance\-driven role with real earning potential: you'll receive a **$5,000 bonus for every 1,000 new followers** you bring in beyond our current baseline.

What You'll Do

**Create, edit, and post 5 content pieces per week\-** photos, Reels, Stories, and carousels that align with our brand voice and make pet parents stop scrolling; you're responsible for both production and publishing
**Manage our posting schedule\-**plan and schedule all 5 weekly posts for optimal timing and consistency
**Engage with our community\-**respond to comments and DMs, build relationships with followers, and foster a loyal community around our brand
**Influencer outreach\-**identify, pitch, and coordinate with pet influencers and micro\-creators for collaborations, product gifting, and sponsored content
**Track and report performance\-**monitor follower growth, engagement rates, and content metrics; use data to iterate and improve
**Stay on trend** \-keep up with Instagram algorithm changes, trending audio, and pet content trends to keep us ahead of the curve

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
