We're looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who can also write \- not a writer who dabbles in strategy, and not a strategist who outsources copy. You'll own both. You'll build channel plans and then write the content that brings them to life. You'll think in funnels and write in human.
This is a mid\-level role with real ownership. You'll work directly with the leadership team, managing campaigns for multiple clients across industries.
- Build and manage digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid media (Meta \& Google), and social media for 5\-10 active clients.
- Own monthly campaign planning \- objectives, audience targeting, budget allocation, and KPIs
- Run performance reviews, diagnose what's working, and pivot fast
- Coordinate with the design and development teams to ensure campaigns are executed end\-to\-end
- Write compelling copy across formats \- ad copy, landing pages, social media captions, email sequences, WhatsApp campaigns, website content, and blog articles
- Develop and maintain distinct brand voices for multiple clients simultaneously
- Write SEO\-optimised content that ranks and reads well \- no keyword\-stuffed fluff
- Script short\-form video content and reels (you don't need to be on camera, but you need to know how to write for it)
- Write Linkedin posts that help in building brands for founders.
- Build monthly reports that clients actually read \- clear narrative, clean data, honest analysis
- Track performance across Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEMrush (or equivalent tools)
- Identify growth opportunities and flag risks proactively
- *What We're Looking For**
- 3–5 years in digital marketing with a demonstrated writing portfolio
- Solid SEO fundamentals \- on\-page, keyword research, content strategy, and basic technical SEO awareness
- Strong English writing ability;
- Familiarity with tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Canva or Figma (for briefing designers), Notion or similar
- Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously
- You treat deadlines as non\-negotiable
- You can take a brief and produce \- without needing your hand held
- You write copy that sounds like a human wrote it, not an AI running on a template
- You're comfortable presenting work and receiving direct feedback
- You have an opinion on strategy \- and you can back it up with data
