• **Quick Summary:** LenDenClub is looking for a versatile, growth\-focused Content Writer to own our written voice. You will sit at the intersection of storytelling and performance, writing everything from SEO\-ranking long\-form articles to high\-conversion ad scripts and campaign copy that shifts metrics across the entire user funnel.

### **II. Your Role**

In this role, you will be expected to achieve the following key results:* **Organic Traffic Growth:** Research, structure, and write high\-quality, long\-form SEO content and blogs utilizing topic clusters to drive organic search visibility.

• **Multimedia Scriptwriting:** Develop highly engaging, narrative\-driven scripts for videos, reels, and podcasts that successfully balance entertainment value with core brand messaging.
• **Conversion Copywriting:** Craft and optimize clear, persuasive website content, landing pages, product modules, and FAQs aimed directly at maximizing user sign\-ups and conversions.
• **Performance Campaign Copy:** Design high\-performing copy and video scripts for performance marketing ads, email marketing sequences, push notifications, and in\-app notifications with clear, data\-backed CTAs.
• **Brand Governance:** Maintain, evolve, and strictly enforce the unique tone of voice and editorial guidelines across all written touchpoints for LenDenClub.
• **Content Calendar Strategy:** Plan and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with key business priorities, campaigns, industry trends, and audience interests to ensure consistent and relevant communication.
• **Distribution \& Engagement:** Write platform\-native social media copies, captions, and detailed threads tailored specifically to the unique nuances of each channel's audience.

### **III. Candidate / Skill Requirements**

#### **A. Must\-Haves (Non\-Negotiable)**

• **Experience:** 3–5 years of professional content writing experience spanning blogs, scripts, web copy, social media, and direct\-response campaign assets.
• **Core Skills:** Excellent command of English with a sharp, punchy editing style; proven capability to pivot tone seamlessly between formal long\-form research and casual ad hooks.
• **Domain Expertise:** A marketing\-first mindset with a deep understanding of content funnels, user search intent, and structural optimization.
• **Tools \& Portfolio:** A diverse portfolio displaying live URLs or creative samples across all mentioned formats (SEO blogs, video scripts, web copy, and campaign creatives).
• **Education:** Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA in Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

#### **B. Bonus: Good\-to\-Haves**

• Direct experience writing copy for fintech, personal finance, or digital lending platforms.
• Hands\-on familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
• Comfort leverage\-testing AI writing tools to accelerate research and drafting workflows while maintaining complete structural originality.

• **Growth Trajectory:** Next logical progression is to **Senior Content Strategist** within 18–24 months, depending on performance benchmarks.
