Job Overview
We are looking for a Content Writer who can go beyond basic content creation and understand how businesses, founders, and decision\-makers think. The ideal candidate should be comfortable researching complex topics, writing SEO\-optimized content, and creating content that resonates with CEOs, business owners, and B2B audiences.
You should be able to simplify complex ideas, understand business challenges, and develop content that positions our clients as industry leaders. Experience writing for technology, professional services, consulting, SaaS, recruitment, finance, or other B2B industries will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in\-depth research on industries, markets, competitors, and emerging trends.
- Create SEO\-optimized blogs, website content, landing pages, case studies, and thought leadership articles.
- Write content for both technical and non\-technical audiences.
- Develop content that speaks directly to business owners, founders, executives, and decision\-makers.
- Understand client businesses and translate their expertise into engaging, high\-converting content.
- Optimize content using SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation and brand positioning initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, journalism, or B2B content marketing.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
- Ability to understand business models, buyer personas, and decision\-maker psychology.
- Experience writing for B2B audiences, founders, executives, or professional services firms is highly preferred.
- Ability to write thought leadership content, opinion pieces, and industry insights.
- Strong command of written English with excellent grammar and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and content research tools is a plus.
