• *About the Role**

We're looking for a creative **Content Writer** with **1\-2 years of experience** who can craft high\-performing content for social media and UGC campaigns.

While **UGC experience is preferred**, we're equally open to candidates from content writing, copywriting, advertising, or social media backgrounds who have strong storytelling skills and are excited to learn the UGC ecosystem.

This role goes beyond writing—you'll collaborate with creators, models, strategists and editors to bring content ideas to life.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Write engaging UGC scripts, ad copies, hooks, and social media content.
• Research trends, viral formats, and consumer behaviour to create high\-performing content.
• Brainstorm campaign ideas and participate in creative planning.
• Work closely with creators, models, editors, and the creative team during content production.
• Prepare content briefs and guide creators on script delivery and messaging.
• Ensure content aligns with each brand's tone, goals, and audience.
• Review content before delivery and suggest improvements.
• Manage multiple brand deliverables while meeting deadlines.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve campaign performance and content quality.

• *What We're Looking For**

• 1\+ years of experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Social Media Content or UGC.
• Excellent command of written English with strong storytelling skills.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
• Strong observation skills and the ability to identify content opportunities and trends.
• Smart, confident communicator who collaborates effectively with internal teams and creators.
• Comfortable participating in content shoots and working in a fast\-paced creative environment.
• Professional presentation and confidence while interacting with clients, creators, and production teams.
• Creative, proactive and eager to experiment with new content formats.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
