We're looking for a **Content Writer (UGC)** with **1\-2 years of experience** who loves writing, understands social media and wants to build content that actually performs.

If you've worked in a digital marketing agency, social media agency or content team, you'll fit right in.

• *What You'll Do**

As part of our UGC team, you'll help create content that drives engagement, conversions and brand growth.

• *Responsibilities**

• Write compelling UGC scripts, ad scripts, hooks and short\-form video concepts.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms.
• Assist in the complete UGC content process—from ideation and scripting to shoot execution and quality checks.
• Work closely with creators, models, editors and the creative team during content shoots.
• Research social media trends, viral formats and winning content angles.
• Develop monthly content plans for assigned brands.
• Prepare creative briefs for creators and production teams.
• Ensure every piece of content aligns with brand tone, messaging and campaign goals.
• Review content before delivery to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Continuously suggest fresh content ideas based on market trends and platform updates.

• *We're Looking For Someone Who**

• Has **1\-2 years of experience** in Content Writing, Copywriting, Social Media Content, UGC, Creative Writing or Script Writing.
• Has experience working with a **digital marketing agency** or advertising agency (preferred).
• Understands Instagram Reels, short\-form videos and social media storytelling.
• Can write attention\-grabbing hooks and engaging scripts.
• Is creative, quick\-thinking and enjoys brainstorming fresh ideas.
• Has excellent written English.
• Is comfortable collaborating with creators, influencers and production teams.
• Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Is proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.

• *Bonus Points If You Have**

• Experience writing UGC ads or performance marketing creatives.
• Experience with D2C, eCommerce or lifestyle brands.
• Understanding of Meta Ads, social media trends and creator\-led content.
• Exposure to influencer marketing campaigns.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
