Are you a master of the scroll\-stopping hook? Can you step inside the mind of a visionary tech leader and translate complex industry shifts into sharp, credible, human stories?
We are hiring a **Part\-Time Ghostwriter/Copywriter** to work directly with **Sundar Kumarasamy**, the Founder \& CEO of Excelerate (and Forbes Business Council member), to scale his personal brand and global thought leadership.
This is a close, high\-trust content role—**no fluff, no filler.** Just pure, purposeful writing at the intersection of Agentic AI, EdTech, and the future of work.
- **Engagement:** Part\-time contract (Up to 3 months, renewable based on performance)
- **Hours:** 6 hours per day
- **Compensation:** INR 15,000 per month
- **Location:** Fully Remote
- **LinkedIn Thought Leadership:** Write 3–5 high\-impact posts per week in Sundar’s voice, turning industry news, data, and media coverage into engaging professional narratives.
- **Long\-Form Content:** Write editorial blog posts connecting macro trends to Excelerate's mission.
- **Research \& Extract:** Conduct brief strategy alignments with the founder to capture his raw opinions, frameworks, and tone.
- *What We’re Looking For**
- **2\+ years of professional writing experience** (Copywriting, journalism, ghostwriting, or content writing).
- **The "Chameleon" Factor:** A proven portfolio showing your ability to write seamlessly in someone else's voice.
- **LinkedIn Savvy:** You intimately understand hooks, formatting, white space, and what drives meaningful engagement on the platform.
- **Curiosity:** A genuine interest in AI, workforce transformation, and startups. You should write like a real person, not a corporate press release.
- Direct, daily collaboration with a global tech and education founder.
- Deep, practical exposure to how a business leader operates at the forefront of the AI era.

- **Deliverable:** The post text \+ a 2\-3 line note explaining your specific tone/voice choices.
- *Task 2: Blog Post (600–800 words)**
- **Context:** Write a blog post for the audience at 4excelerate.org (students, early\-career professionals, institutional partners).
- **Suggested Angle:** *"What the 42% Problem Means for the Next Generation — and Why Experiential Learning Is the Answer"*
- **Your Task:** Include a title, subtitle, and 2\-3 subheadings. Address how learners can navigate an AI\-disrupted job market, weaving in Excelerate’s value organically (editorial, not promotional) with a relevant final CTA.
