We are looking for a creative thinker and strong writer who can craft compelling short\-form content across brands, campaigns, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have agency experience, understand consumer behaviour, and be capable of translating insights into impactful creative ideas.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative copy for social media campaigns, reels, films, digital ads, and brand campaigns
Write engaging captions, taglines, scripts, hooks, and campaign concepts
Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for client campaigns
Translate briefs into strong creative narratives and platform\-specific content
Track social media trends and convert cultural moments into relevant brand conversations **Collaborate with designers, account managers, and strategists to develop integrated campaigns**
Present ideas confidently and incorporate feedback effectively Must\-Have Skills:
2–3 years of agency experience in creative writing or copywriting
Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, scripts, and creative concepts
Excellent command over English language and storytelling
Understanding of digital platforms, trends, and audience behaviour
Ability to generate original ideas under tight timelines **Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.**
Preferred
Experience working on consumer, lifestyle, automotive, or corporate brands
Exposure to award\-winning or high\-engagement campaigns
