\* Write high\-converting ad copies for Meta/Facebook campaigns
\* Create engaging hooks, scripts, and content angles for UGC videos and ads
\* Understand audience psychology and performance marketing strategies
\* Research trends and create content that drives engagement and conversions
\* Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop impactful campaigns
\* Strong copywriting and creative thinking skills
\* Understanding of D2C and performance marketing
\* Experience in writing ad copies, hooks, and video scripts
\* Ability to research trends and create engaging content angles
\* Prior agency or media industry experience is a plus
