- *Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to generate business by acquiring corporate clients and promoting LPO Holidays' domestic and international travel packages. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
Identify and approach companies, corporates, SMEs, banks, IT firms, hospitals, educational institutions, and other organizations.
Generate new corporate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct corporate presentations, travel seminars, and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain long\-term relationships with HR departments, Admin teams, and decision\-makers.
Promote corporate travel packages, holiday offers, MICE, and employee benefit programs.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and corporate agreements.
Follow up with prospects and convert them into business.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer service after booking
- *Required Skills:**
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Confidence in meeting corporate clients.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Two\-wheeler and willingness to travel locally is preferred.
- *Qualification:**
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
- *Experience:**
0–2 years: Freshers with excellent communication can apply.
2\+ years: Experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Travel, Hospitality, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or FMCG is preferred.
