  • Secure paid corporate wellness workshops, leadership programs, keynote talks, and executive retreats.
  • Generate speaking engagements at conferences, leadership summits, and corporate events.
  • Build relationships with HR heads, CHROs, L\&D teams, event agencies, and corporate decision\-makers.
  • Identify and secure international teaching opportunities with yoga studios, retreat centers, and wellness resorts.
  • Develop partnerships with yoga festivals, wellness conferences, and retreat organizers globally.
  • Create opportunities for online masterclasses, retreats, certification programs, and corporate wellness initiatives.
  • Manage outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, phone, and strategic networking.
  • Coordinate proposals, presentations, negotiations, and follow\-ups.
  • Build and maintain a CRM database of prospects and opportunities.
  • Explore strategic collaborations with luxury hotels, wellness brands, educational institutions, and international organizations.
  • **Ideal Candidate**
  • 5\+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, events, speaker management, luxury hospitality, wellness, leadership training, or related sectors.
  • Strong connects with corporate specially with HR.
  • Strong network within corporate India and/or international wellness industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of revenue generation.
  • Experience working with speakers, trainers, coaches, consultants, wellness brands, or celebrity talent is highly desirable.\* International exposure would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
