• Lead corporate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and annual learning plans aligned with business goals.
• Drive leadership development, managerial capability and high\-potential talent development.
• Manage succession planning, talent reviews and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Oversee corporate training, induction, external partners, LMS and digital learning initiatives.
• Monitor training budgets, effectiveness, completion and overall learning impact.
