Breedington Bioindustrial is a technology\-driven consulting and project advisory firm specializing in the Bioindustrial, Agritech, and Renewable Energy sectors. We are currently expanding into the decentralized biorefinery and biopellet trading market. We are looking for a sharp, practically\-minded Cost Accountant to lead our Project Finance and DPR (Detailed Project Report) division.

• *Job Description**

As our internal Cost Accountant, you will be the bridge between technical feasibility and financial viability. You will not only manage our internal accounts but also act as a senior consultant for our clients who are setting up green\-energy manufacturing units across West Bengal.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **DPR Development:** Lead the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for biopellet and biorefinery projects, ensuring they are bank\-ready and include CMA data.
• **Cost Analysis:** Perform break\-even analysis, sensitivity analysis, and ROI projections for various machinery types (Flat\-die vs. Ring\-die) to advise budget\-conscious buyers.
• **Trading Operations:** Design and monitor the cost\-plus pricing models for our biopellet trading arm, optimizing logistics and procurement margins.
• **Subsidy Management:** Navigate and document financial claims for state and central government incentives (MSME, Gatidhara, and MNRE schemes).
• **Internal Audit:** Maintain standard costing and variance analysis as we transition into our own manufacturing phase.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• **Education:** Qualified Cost \& Management Accountant (CMA).
• **Experience:** 3–7 years of practical exposure in a manufacturing or industrial consulting environment. (Experience in Rice Mills, Steel, Power gen Plant or Agri\-processing is a major plus).
• **Technical Proficiency:** Advanced MS Excel skills. Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar ERP environments.
• **Mindset:** Ability to translate complex financial data into simple, actionable advice for rural entrepreneurs and industrial decision\-makers.
• **Language:** Fluency in **Bengali** , Hindi and English is essential to interact with local clients and government departments.
