• Experience in project\-based manufacturing companies
• Preferably from engineering/manufacturing industry

• *Special Exposure:**

• Hands\-on experience in Tally ERP
• Manufacturing industry experience (mandatory)
• Ability to work closely with department heads and teams

• *Job Description – Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Preparation and analysis of product costing, standard costing, and cost sheets
• Conduct material, labour, and overhead variance analysis
• Inventory valuation (Raw Material, Work\-in\-Progress, Finished Goods) and stock reconciliation
• Preparation of MIS reports and cost statements for management
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
• Monthly and yearly budgeting for COGS and factory overheads
• Handling day\-to\-day production MIS and process order activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and factory teams for cost optimization
• Scrutinize estimates issued by the sales team and control budgets

• *Preferred Candidate Profile:**

• CMA / ICWA (Inter) qualified or semi\-qualified
• Experience in project\-based manufacturing company
• Strong knowledge of product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Hands\-on experience in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel
• Experience in inventory valuation (RM, WIP, FG) and factory\-level costing

Pay: ₹55,000\.00 per month
