About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented **Cost \& Estimation cum Tendering Engineer** to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling project estimation, BOQ preparation, tender submissions, costing analysis, and coordination with internal teams for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope
• Handle complete tendering process from RFQ to submission
• Work on GeM \& CPP portals for tender operations
• Coordinate with procurement, project, and execution teams
• Monitor project costs and recommend cost\-saving measures
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and estimation records
• Support contract negotiations and proposal preparation
• Maintain estimation turnaround within 24–48 hours

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of estimation \& costing
• Experience in tendering and BOQ preparation
• Good understanding of engineering drawings
• Proficiency in MS Excel \& MS Office
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Project preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field
