• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Cost Controller – Hospitality** to oversee and manage cost control activities across food \& beverage, stores, procurement, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure effective cost management, accurate reporting, and compliance with internal controls while supporting operational efficiency.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Monitor and control food, beverage, and operating costs across hospitality operations
• Analyze consumption, wastage, and variances; investigate and report discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
• Review supplier invoices, purchase orders, and pricing for accuracy
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, kitchen, and finance teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for management
• Ensure adherence to cost control policies, procedures, and budget guidelines
• Support internal and external audits as required
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in cost control within hospitality (hotel, resort, hospital, or large F\&B operations)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, food costing, and procurement processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and hospitality ERP/POS systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with cross\-functional teams
