We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused Customer Service Representatives to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required. Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good listening and problem\-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Patience, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
• Basic English communication skills.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills are preferred.
• Age: As per company hiring policy.

• *Work Details**

• Location: As per company requirement, within mumbai.
• Shift: US/ UK/ Australia 5 days a week.
• Salary: As per experience and company standards, minimum wages for Freshers 23k
