We are looking for a friendly and customer\-focused **Counter Staff** to manage customer interactions, billing, order taking, and daily counter operations. The candidate will ensure excellent customer service and support smooth store operations.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Welcome and assist customers at the counter.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Generate bills and process cash, UPI, card, and online payments.
Promote ongoing offers, combos, and new products.
Handle customer queries and provide product information.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the counter area.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order delivery.
Monitor stock availability and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
Maintain daily sales and billing records.
Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
*Qualification:**
10th / 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Freshers can apply
*Experience:**
0–2 years of experience in retail, café, restaurant, or customer service.
Experience in billing or POS systems is an added advantage.
