We are looking for an experienced Offline Marketing professional from the FMCG industry who can lead retail visibility, product placement, and offline brand expansion across supermarkets, medical stores, modern trade, and other high\-footfall retail channels in India.
The candidate should have strong market relationships, execution capabilities, and hands\-on experience in driving offline growth through branding, retail activations, and strategic placement initiatives.
- Drive product placement across supermarkets, premium retail stores, medical stores, pharmacies, and modern trade outlets.
- Develop and execute offline marketing and visibility strategies to increase brand presence.
- Manage in\-store branding activities including shelf visibility, display units, standees, refrigerators, and promotional placements.
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and sales teams for smooth market execution.
- Plan and execute offline campaigns including hoardings, billboards, retail branding, kiosks, and society activations.
- Handle vendor management for printing, fabrication, outdoor media, and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with retail chains, store owners, and category managers for better visibility opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and retail performance to improve offline growth strategies.
- Ensure proper execution of BTL activities, sampling campaigns, and retail activations.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- 4–5 years of experience in Offline Marketing within the FMCG or Beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of retail execution, product placement, and brand visibility.
- Experience working with supermarkets, medical stores, and modern trade channels.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
- Execution\-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the Delhi NCR retail market will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
