We are looking for a proactive and customer\-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Service to join our Volkswagen service team at Mannuthy, Thrissur. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, service follow\-ups, appointment scheduling, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer appointments and service follow\-up calls
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop teams
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status
• Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain CRM records and customer databases
• Conduct post\-service feedback calls
• Improve customer retention and satisfaction scores
• Support front office and service reception activities

Requirements

• Any Graduate/Diploma
• Good communication skills in English, Malayalam
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Customer handling and problem\-solving skills
• Experience in automobile dealership/service industry preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
