• *Role Overview**

Neon Minds Production is looking for an imaginative and strategic **Content Writer \& Concept Developer** to join our core creative team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and brand strategy—ideating high\-impact commercial campaigns, short\-form video scripts (Reels/Shorts), visual concepts, and compelling brand messaging.

• *Key Responsibilities \& Daily Tasks**

• **Concept \& Campaign Ideation:**
• Conceptualize innovative visual ideas, campaign angles, and brand stories for ad films, commercials, and digital media.
• Develop strong creative hooks, narrative arcs, and calls\-to\-action (CTAs) tailored to diverse client niches.
• **Scriptwriting \& Storytelling:**
• Write clear, engaging scripts, voiceovers (VO), and dialogues in **Malayalam and English** for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TVCs, and promotional videos.
• Work on visual storyboards alongside video editors and directors.
• **Creative Copywriting \& Presentation:**
• Craft catchy slogans, visual hooks, captions, and ad copies for social media campaigns.
• Assist in preparing visual pitch decks and campaign proposals for new client acquisitions.
• **Production Collaboration \& Execution:**
• Collaborate closely with production teams, directors, and graphic designers to ensure the creative vision translates seamlessly into the final edit.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for client onboarding and strategy alignment.
• **Performance Tracking \& Review:**
• Monitor content performance, viral video trends, and social media algorithms to optimize script hooks and retention rates.
• Review content performance metrics periodically with the team to refine content strategies.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

• **Experience:** 0–2 years (Freshers with a strong creative portfolio or passion for storytelling are highly encouraged to apply).
• **Language Proficiency:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **Malayalam \& English**.
• **Creative Vision:** Strong understanding of visual storytelling, camera angles, pacing, and video structures.
• **Industry Awareness:** Up\-to\-date with current social media trends, viral reels formats, and digital marketing dynamics.
• **Portfolio Required:** Candidates must submit sample scripts, concept notes, articles, or past social media work.
