CRM / Advisor - SML Mahindra

• *CRM / Service Advisor**

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

· Complete DMS Operation.

· Service appointment – minimum 5 per day (co\-ordinate with CRE)

· Free service 100% redemption (co\-ordinate with CRE)

· FC appointment – 3 per month (co\-ordinate with CRE)

· Manage billing support in Spares \& Labour.

· To issue Gate pass after confirmation with Service Manager.

· OSL bill preparation \& Weekly submission to Accounts.

· Warranty Material Dispatching.

· Tracking of All Claim status. (FSC, PDI \& Warranty).

· Turnover \& Service Vehicles status\- Daily reporting to SM.

· To update Delivery vehicles details in PSF spreadsheet on daily basis.
