• *Spares Manager Roles \& Responsibilities:**

1\) All Parts \& Accessories are responsible for Branches for healthy supply \& availability.

2\) Parts Ordering for Branches with a approval of Parts Manager.

3\) A\- parts 100% should maintain.

4\) HMSI Parts \& Local parts Purchase entry \& bill submit to accounts on same day.

5\) Network parts maintain, entry \& Supply to branches.

6\) Sub\-dealer parts maintain, entry \& Supply.

7\) HMSI Parts Unloading \& Verify \& Entry in Hirise \& Tally.

8\) Long pending vehicle parts arrangements in branches.

9\) Stock branch parts audit every one week once .

10\) All branch Spares ordering should discuss with Parts manager.

11\) Parts inward /outward should do properly in Hirise, Tally.

12\) Physical \& System stock should match.

13\) Stock undertaking letter maintain properly.

14\) Need to do if Other works assigned by parts Manager.
